Our Hire Office and Service Department work hard Monday to Friday to ensure that our customers get the very best levels of service and advice whatever their requirements. But what happens if a customer urgently needs to reach us over the weekend or when the office is closed between 17.30 and 8.00?

The team at Horizon are always on hand to support our customers. Our main telephone number is always diverted to a team members mobile, who will do their very best to ensure that your question is answered!

On one occasion one of our National Account customers called in a panic at 8pm to inform us they had forgotten to book a Scissor Lift. They needed a 19ES, delivered to a store Northern Ireland that very night for a job that had to be completed by 8.00am the following morning.

With a huge amount of effort and organisation, Horizon Platforms managed to get a machine on site within 2 hours.

There was obviously a large premium to pay as this service involved Engineers and Drivers coming into work out of hours to ensure that we met the deadline. Horizon’s customer was delighted saving thousands, avoiding a re-visit to site and embarrassment in front of their client.
