I’m New To HireHub, How Do I Get Started?
To get started with HireHub you need to register for an account. We'll then send sync your hire rates with your HireHub account if your business already has a credit account with us. If not, you'll need to request a credit account here. You can do this either before or after you've signed up to HireHub.
How do I use HireHub?
HireHub is very easy to use and only take a few minutes to learn how to use each section. We're created a series of HireHub How-To videos to help you understand how to use it.
Who is HireHub designed for?
HireHub is for busy buyers, contract managers, site managers and project managers who are responsible for hiring multiple MEWPs across multiple sites and want control and visibility of hire contracts.
Who can use HireHub?
This is entirely up to you depending on who at your company looks after hiring access platforms and who needs to have visibility of hire contracts, our performance and hire spend. We can even set user permissions depending on job roles.
Why should I use HireHub when I can call or email?

You can use HireHub how you want. You don't have to place orders on HireHub, you can still call or email. Details of hire contracts will be visible no matter how you place orders. Also, you can use HireHub exclusively if you prefer. It's your choice.
Once I sign-up do I lose the use of my account manager or the hire desk?
No. Your account manager and the hire desk will still be on hand to help you. We will never ignore your calls or emails. It's just with HireHub you have full online visibility of contracts, spend and our performance whenever you need.
Is there a restriction of the number of HireHub users?
This is entirely up to you. There are no restrictions on the number of users. We can even set user permissions depending on job roles.
