Best Price Guarantee

What information do I need to provide for a price match? We’ll just need an official quote from another supplier or a website link showing the same course details, date, and price.

Can I match prices after booking? No. The best price needs to be agreed before your booking is confirmed.

Is there a limit to how many courses I can match? No. Whether you book one IPAF or PASMA training course or a group booking, our guarantee applies.

1. Eligibility

• The Price Match Guarantee applies only to IPAF and PASMA training courses booked directly with Horizon Platforms and delivered at our site in Normanton, West Yorkshire.

• The competitor’s course must be identical in content, duration, accreditation, and delivery method (e.g. in-person or online theory with practical assessment).

• The competitor must be an approved IPAF training provider.

2. Valid Proof Required

• You must provide a written quotation of the lower price at the time of booking your training.

• Proof must include the course details, provider name, course date, location, and final price including all fees (e.g. registration, certification, equipment hire, etc.).

3. Exclusions

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Promotional offers (e.g. flash sales, discount codes, bundle deals)

• Courses outside of the UK

• Non-accredited providers or unofficial training agents

• Prices from educational institutions (e.g. colleges)

4. Booking Conditions

• Once verified, we will match the lower price plus a further discount (determined at point of quote)

• The course must still have availability at the competitor’s rate.

5. General Terms

• Horizon Platforms reserves the right to verify the competitor’s offer and decline the request if it does not meet our terms.

• The Price Match Guarantee may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

• The decision of Horizon Platforms on all matters relating to the Price Match Guarantee is final.
