Holiday Entitlement

Our holiday entitlement increases with service to a maximum of 28 days.

Flexible Holiday Scheme

Our Flexible Holidays Scheme enables team members to buy additional holidays or swap holiday entitlement for pay.

Life Assurance

You'll receive life assurance cover to the value of two times your basic salary for death in service.

Team Profit Share

We invite you to share in the success of Horizon: the greater the effort we each put into achieving our Vision, the greater the reward for all!  Each year, a proportion of Company profits are set aside as a “Co-owner Profit-Share”, to be equally distributed between all eligible members.

Pension

We understand how important it is to save for our retirement, so we want to help you along the way. If you contribute 4.5% of your pay, Horizon will contribute 4.5%.

Charity & Volunteering Days

After your probationary period you will be eligible for the opportunity to take one paid day to volunteer at a charity of your choice.

Birthday Holiday

As a valued member of the Horizon team you will be entitled to take a one-day “Birthday Holiday” in addition to your annual holiday entitlement. This extra day’s holiday can be taken either on your actual birthday or within one week of your special day.
